Moms Spaghetti

Mom's Spaghetti |
Ingredients: |

1/2 lb |
|
bacon |
|
1 lg |
|
onion, diced |
|
2 lb |
|
ground chuck |
|
1 can |
|
italian tomatoes |
|
1 sm can |
|
tomato sauce |
|
2 can |
|
beef broth |
|
3 cloves |
|
garlic, diced |
|
2 tbsp |
|
olive oil |
|
1 package |
|
fresh sliced mushrooms |
|
1 package |
|
pasta |
Directions: |
|
Fry bacon, onion, and ground chuck. AFter browned, drain grease, and add can italian tomatoes, tomato saunce, beef broth, salt and pepper.
In another skillet, put garlic cloves and saute (not a lot) with olive oil. Keep adding oil, and then add mushrooms. When done, add to other skillet.
Let all flavors marry and simmer for awhile.
Cook pasta separately.
