Moms Baked Chicken

  Baked Chicken w/veggies
Ingredients:
  7 pieces   chicken/no skin
  2 tbs   onion/chopped
  2 tbs   garlic/chopped
  1/2 tsp   kosher salt
  1 tsp   pepper
  1 16oz   frozen veggies
Directions:
  Set oven temp to 350degrees. Chop garlic and onion, set aside, rub chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in greased pan(grease with olive oil cooking spray.). Sprinkle onion and garlic on top of chicken pieces. Cover with foil, baked for 30-45 minutes depending on the pieces of chicken used. chicken breast w/no bones will take shorter time. Prepare frozen veggies according to package, or if you have a steamer, steam til done. Drain any juice from chicken into a jar or storage container to use for future recipes.
