Mom's Shepherds Pie

  A little bit of everything in a casserole dish.
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground turkey
  1 lb   frozen mixed vegetables
  1 can   tomato soup
  6 large   potatoes
Directions:
  Make the potatoes into mashed potatoes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown the ground turkey and season to taste. Pour the bag of frozen mixed vegetables in the bottom of a large glass casserole dish. Mix the can of tomato soup into the vegetables and make sure it is spread evenly across the bottom. Pour the ground turkey on top of the vegetable mixture. Spread the mashed potatoes across the top of the ground turkey. Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue cooking 15 minutes or until the peaks on the mashed potatoes are getting a little bit golden.
