Mississippi Pot Roast

  Crock Pot Mississippi Pot Roast is melt in your mouth goodness! Chuck roast combined with ranch dressing mix, onion soup mix, butter and pepperoncini peppers. So good and so easy!
Ingredients:
  1 3-5 lbs   Chuck Roast
  2 TBsp   Olive Oil
  1 pk   Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  1 pk   Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  1 Stick   Garlic & Herb Butter
  8 ea   Peperoncini peppers
Directions:
  Season with salt and pepper and sear roast with olive oil in hot Iron Skillet.

Sprinkle dry ingredients around crockpot, add peppers.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
