Mimis Fish Tacos

  Fish Tacos
Ingredients:
  4 filets   Tilapia
  3 Tbsp   LimeJuice
  1/2 tsp   paprika
  1/2 tsp   ground black pepper
  1/4 tsp   ground red pepper
  8   corn or low fat flour tortillas
  1 sliced   avacado
  1/3 cup   low fat shredded mexican cheese
  4 Tbsp   Fresh chopped cilantro
  1 1/2 cups   shredded cabbage
    Salsa to taste
  1 tsp   chipolte marinade
  1 tsp   light ranch dressing
Directions:
  Mix lime juice, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper and tilapia in plastic bag to marinate for 30 minutes. Saute tilapia until done turning once. When cooked take each piece of fish and shred with a fork. Mix cabbage with chipolte marinade and ranch dressing lightly coating the cabbage Heat tortillas and place fish,avacado's,cilantro, cheese,cabbage and salsa.
