  Great with beans, rice and tortillas.
Ingredients:
  1 pound   Ground hamburger, venison, or poltry
  1 tsp   cumin
  1 tsp   Mrs. Dash
  1 tsp   Garlic salt
    salt and pepper
  1/2 cup   tomato sauce
    cilantro
  1/2 cup   water
Directions:
  Cook ground meat and drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
