Mexican Casserole

Ingredients:
  2 lb.   Lean Ground Beef
  1 lg   onion
  1 lb.   Grated mild Cheddar cheese
  1 15 oz can   Ranch Style beans undrained
  1 T   chili powder
  1 tsp   garlic powder, salt, & pepper
  12   corn tortillas
  1 can   condensed cream of chicken soup (10.5oz)
  1 can   diced tomatoes and green chiles (10oz)
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 325.
Lightly grease casserole dish. Saute onion and meat until meat is browned. Drain. Add undrained beans, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Cut 6 tortillas in strips. Line bottom of dish. Cover with meat mixture, then sprinkle 1/2 of cheese on top. Cut other 6 tortillas in strips and place on top, then top with remaining cheese. Mix condensed soup with tomatoes and green chiles and pour over top. bake uncovered for 1 hr.
