Mexican Beef and Corn Casserole

Black beans, ground beef, corn, sour cream baked for a one dish casserole. |
Ingredients: |

|
ground beef |
|
1 can |
|
black beans (15.5 oz) |
|
1 can |
|
corn (11 oz) |
|
2 tbsp |
|
butter or margarine spread |
|
1/2 c |
|
salsa |
|
2/3 c |
|
sour cream |
|
1/4 c |
|
shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven 400 degrees.
Cook ground beef.
Combine black beans, corn, and butter in an 8 inch baking dish.
Top with cooked ground beef, spread with salsa, sour cream, and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
