Ingredients:
  2 cups   sliced mushroom
  14 3/4 ounces   tomatoes
  8 ounce   artichoke hearts, frozen
  1 cup   chicken broth
  1/2 cup   onion, chopped
  1/2 cup   ripe olives, sliced
  1/4 cup   white wine or chicken broth
  3 Tbsp.   tapioca
  2 tsp.   curry powder
  3/4 tsp.   dried thyme
  1/4 tsp.   salt
