Meatloaf with provolone and prrocuitto

  Specialty rolled out meatloaf. Not just any meatloaf.. Its delicious
Ingredients:
  3/4 #   ground pork
  3/4 #   ground beef
  1 pk   provolone
  1 pk   procuitto
  10 leaves   spinach
  1/2 c   parmesean shredded
Directions:
  Mix parmesean and meat togethert roll out like cookie dough and layer procuitto then cheese then spinach. Roll into a long roll pinch the ends
Bake 425 for approx 25 min
