Ingredients: |

2 lb |
|
lean ground beef |
|

|
red onions, finely chopped |
|

|
garlic cloves, minced |
|
1/2 |

red pepper, chopped |
|
1/2 cup |
|
fresh cilantro, chopped |
|
1/2 cup |
|
fresh parsley, chopped |
|
2 tsp |
|
cumin |
|
1 tsp |
|
white pepper |
|
3 |
|
omega3-enriched eggs, beaten |
Directions: |
|
Mix all ingredietns in a large mixing bowl. Spread mixture evenly in a 8 1/2 x 11 inch baking dish. bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until well cooked. Serves 8
