Red Potatoes |
|

|
Water |
|
|
|
Salt |
|
4 TBS |
|
Country Crock Butter |
|
1/2 Cup |
|
Skim Milk |
Directions: |
|
Wash, peel and quarter potatoes. Place in a pan and cover completely with water. Boil until soft. Drain. Add butter. Mix with a mixer. Add milk. Mix. Add salt to taste.
