Marinated Steaks (JP)

  marinated steaks
Ingredients:
  1/3 c   hot water
  3 Tbsp   onion, finely chopped
  2 Tbsp   cider or red wine vinegar
  2 Tbsp   olive oil
  2 Tbsp   soy sauce
  1 tsp   beef bouillon granules
  1 clove   garlic, minced
  1/2 tsp   paprika
  1/2 tsp   pepper
  2 each   steaks
Directions:
  Combine first 9 ingredients. Remove 1/2 c marinade and refrigerate. Pierce steaks several times on both sides with a fork, place in a large glass dish. Pour remaining marinade over steaks, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove steaks, discard marinade. Grill. Warm reserved marinade and serve with steaks.
