  Marinated Flank Steak w/Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
  1 Large   Flank Steak
  1/2 Cup   Chopped Onion
  1 Tbsp   Minced Garlic
  3/4 Cup   Soy Sauce
  1/4 Cup   Olive Oil
  4 Large   Potatoes
Directions:
  Place all ingredients in a large ziploc bag. For best results let marinate overnight or at least for the day. Broil on low, turning once. Microwave potatoes on "baked potatoes" according to instructions on micro. Tip - make two batches of the flank/marinade in ziploc bags at once - freeze one for later.
