Manicotti 1

serves: 4
  Chicken manicotti
Ingredients:
  8 oz   manicotti noodles
  1 can   cream of chicken soup
  2 c   cubed chicken
  2 c   monterrey jack cheese
  1 1/2 c   cheddar cheese
  1 c   sour cream
  1   small onion chopped
  2 cans   chopped green chiles
  1 c   salsa
  2/3 c   milk
Directions:
  cook shells
combine chicken, monterry jack and cheddar cheese, sour cream, half onion and 1 can green chiles
pour 1/2 cup soup mix into bottom of baking dish
stuff noodles with 1/2 tsp of chicken mixture
pour remaining soup mixture over top
bake covered at 350 for half hour
remove cover towp with cheese and bake until melted
