Make Ahead Sloppy Joes

  Make dinner time easier with this classic Sloppy Joe sandwich.
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   Ground Beef
  2   Celery Ribs, diced
  2/3 c   Onion, diced
  2/3 c   Green bell pepper, diced
  1/2 c   Ketchup
  1/2 c   Barbecue sauce
  16 oz   tomato sauce
  2 Tbsp   Brown sugar
  2 tsp   Dry mustard
  2 Tbsp   Worcestershire Sauce
  2 Tbsp   Vinegar
    Hamburger Buns
Directions:
  1.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, celery, onion and green pepper, until beef is cooked through.
2.Drain the fat.
3.Add the remaining ingredients, except hamburger buns (of course).
4.Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.Serve on buns
