Macaroni and cheese soup

  Simple, great comfort food. Kids love it!
Ingredients:
  1 pkg   deluxe mac and cheese mix
  9 cup   water, divided
  2 tsp   onion powder
  1 can   condensed cheese soup
  2 1/2 cup   milk
  1 cup   chopped ham (fully cooked)
Directions:
  Set aside the cheese sauce packet. In large saucepan bring 8 cups water to boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile bring remaining water to boil, add onion powder, soup, milk, ham and contents of cheese pouch; heat through. Drain macaroni, stir into soup.
