Macaroni Tuna Casserole

  Betty Crocker recipe; ready in under an hour.
Ingredients:
  4 oz   Elbow Macaroni or Pasta Shells
  2 Tbsp   Butter
  2 Tbsp   Flour
  3/4 tsp   Salt
  2 cups   Milk
  1 cup   Cheddar cheese
  2 cups   Cooked broccoli, chopped and drained
  12 oz   Tuna, drained
  2/3 cup   dry bread crumbs
  1 Tbsp   Butter, melted
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, in 2 qt saucepan melt 2 Tbsp butter over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with whisk until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in cheese and let melt. Stir in pasta, broccoli and tuna; mix well. Spoon into ungreased 2 qt casserole dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Mix in small bowl bread crumbs and 1 Tablespoon melted butter. Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle mixture over casserole. Return to oven and bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until toasted.
