Low Fat Tacos

serves: 3
  2 Low fat wheat tortillas or small corn tortillas with 3 ounces of grilled chicken breast or ground chicken or turkey and any or all of the following condiments: fat free sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, 1 oz low fat shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, and homemade salsa or low sodium store brand.
Ingredients:
  6 each   l/f wheat tortiallas
  2 each   small tomatoes (diced)
  1/2 cup   fat free sour cream
  3 each   3oz chicken breasts
  2 cups   shredded lettuce
Directions:
  Add grilled chicken breast pieces to each tortilla and top with ingredients of your choice from the following: fat free sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, 1 oz low fat shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, and homemade salsa or low sodium store brand.
