Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

  Great for winter nights
Ingredients:
  5 1/2 cups   mashed potatoes (about 4 lbs uncooked)
  1/2 cup   milk
  1 8 oz   cream cheese
  1 cup   sour cream
  2 tsp   parsley
  1 tsp   garlic salt
  1/4 tsp   ground nutmeg
  3/4 cup   cheddar cheese shredded
  1/2 cup   bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
  Put all ingredients, except cheese and bacon, in a large bowl

Beat with an electric mixer on medium high speed until potatoes are smooth and creamy

Spoon mixture into a lightlygreased 13 x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. If you like extra crispy bacon, reserve bacon and sprinkle at the end of cooking

Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through
