Light Waldorf Salad

  A low calorie version of this family favorite.
Ingredients:
  2 cups   choppped apples
  1.50 tsp   lemon juice
  1/3 cup   chopped celery
  3 Tbsp   chopped walnuts
  1/3 cup   fat-free yogurt
  1/4 cup   fat free thawed whipped topping
  1/8 tsp   ground nutmeg
Directions:
  Salad: Place apples in bowl and toss with lemon juice. Add celery and walnuts.DRESSING:Place yogurt in bowl and fold in the whipped topping. Gently fold in the apple mixture. Calories-89 Fat-3 grams Cholesterol-0 mg
