Lettuce Tomato Salad

Salad with tomatoes and dressing |
Ingredients: |

1 head |
|
Lettuce |
|
3 each |
|
Roma Tomatoes |
|
3 tsp |
|
white wine vinegar |
|
1.50 tblspns |
|
dijon mustard |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
3.50 tblspns |
|
extra virgin olive oil |
Directions: |
|
Cut or tear up the lettuce; slice tomatoes (I like them sliced thin); toss together with the lettuce. Prepare dressing by mixing the vinegar, mustard, s&p together then stream in the oil while mixing the dressing. Toss with salad right before dinner and serve immediately.
