Lettuce Tomato Salad

  Salad with tomatoes and dressing
Ingredients:
  1 head   Lettuce
  3 each   Roma Tomatoes
  3 tsp   white wine vinegar
  1.50 tblspns   dijon mustard
  1/2 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  3.50 tblspns   extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
  Cut or tear up the lettuce; slice tomatoes (I like them sliced thin); toss together with the lettuce. Prepare dressing by mixing the vinegar, mustard, s&p together then stream in the oil while mixing the dressing. Toss with salad right before dinner and serve immediately.
