Lean Lemon Chicken

  Easy and HEALTHY Lemon Chicken.
Ingredients:
  6 ea   Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  4 ea   lemons (juiced)
  1 tsp   salt
  1 tsp   garlic powder
  1 tsp   lemon pepper
  2 tsp   olive oil
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350. Divide seasonings between the 6 breasts, sprinkling evenly. Heat oil over medium heat and fry each breast 2 minutes on each side until brown. Remove from frying pan to glass baking dish. Pour lemon juice over chicken breast. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
