Lazy Day Soup/Stew

  This recipe not only makes two bags, but also two choices! It can be eaten as a soup OR serve over rice as a stew.
Ingredients:
  4 lb   cubed stewing beef
  4 cups   baby red potatoes (cut in half)
  10 oz   pkg dried lima beans
  4 tsp   quick-cooking tapioca
  1   S&P, to taste
  15 ounce   can tomato sauce (1/2 in each bag)
  2 tbsp   brown sugar
  4 cups   baby carrots
  2 ea   onions (chopped)
  2 cups   celery (chopped)
Directions:
  Split between 2 bags, seal, mix, lay flat, freeze.
Add 1 cup water. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Eat as a soup, or serve over hot noodles or rice.
