Lasagna The Easy Way

  Lasagna The Easy Way. This meal can be FROZEN.
Ingredients:
  1 15 oz   Ricotta Cheese
  2 1/2 cups   Shredded Mozarella
  1   Egg, Beaten
  1 26 oz   Spaghetti Sauce
  1 lb   Ground Beef
  1 lb   Italian Sausage
  6   Lasagna Noodles, Uncooked
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook meats separately then combine back into the pan. In a bowl combine the egg, ricotta cheese and 1 1/4 cups of the mozarella cheese. Pour jar of spaghetti sauce into the meat mixture and stir until combined. Place one cup of the meat mixture into the bottom of your pan then begin layering noodles, cheese mixture then meat mixture then repeat. Top with remaining cheese, cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
