King Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:
  1/4 C   margarine
  1 med   grn bell pepper
  1 med   onion
  2 cans   cream of chicken soup
  2 cans   rotel tomatoes
  2 C   cubed, cooked chicken
  2 C   chedder cheese (shredded)
  12   corn tortilla (torn into bitesize)
Directions:
  -Melt butter in pan, add bell pepper $ onion
cook over med heat until tender
-Blend in soup, chicken, tomatoes & heat through
-Place layer of 4 tortillas in 13x9 pan
-Top w/1/3 tomato mix then 1/3 cheese
-Repeat 2 times
-Bake at 325 for 40 min
