Kale and tahini Sauce

6 Cloves |
|
Garlic, sliced |
|
3 Tbsp |

Olive Oil |
|
1 Bunch |
|
kale, coarsely chopped |
|
1/4 Tsp |
|
Salt |
|
8 tsp |
|
olive oil |
|
3 cloves |
|
garlic, chopped |
|
1/2 cup |
|
tahini |
|
2 tsp |
|
balsamic vinegar |
|
1/2 Tsp |
|
salt |
|

lemon |
|
2 dashes |
|
black pepper |
|
1/2 tsp |

paprika |
|
1/4 cup |

fresh parsley |
|
1/2 cup |

cold water |
Directions: |
|
SAUCE:
Heat the 3 chopped garlic in the 8 tsp of olive oil over very low heat for two minutes. Put heated garlic, tahini, vinegar, salt, lemon juice, pepper, paprika and water in blender and blend until smooth. Add parsley and blend until parsley is finely chopped.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
KALE:
saute garlic in 3 Tbsp of oil for two minutes, stirring frequently. Add kale and a few splashes of water. Stir for 4-5 minutes. Coat w/ sauce and serve.
