Italian Casserole

Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
hamburger |
|
1/2 lb |
|
Italian sausage |
|
1 ea |
|
clove garlic |
|
2 Tbs |
|
chopped onion |
|
1 can |
|
8oz tomato sauce |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
Italian seasonings |
|
4 oz |
|
shredded mozzerella cheese |
|
1/2 c |
|
sour cream |
|
1/2 c |
|
mayo |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
garlic powder |
|
1/2 c |
|
shredded parmesan cheese |
|
4 oz |

shredded mozzerella cheese |
Directions: |
|
Brown meats with garlic and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat, str in remaining ingreadients (through the 7th ingredient) and put in 7 x 11 baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients (sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and remaining mozzerella cheese) and spoon over meat. Spread evenly.
Bake 40 minutes at 250*.
