Honey Glazed Chicken

Yummy honey glazed chicken goes great with grilled corn on the cob and a salad. |
Ingredients: |

1.50 lbs. |
|
boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs |
|
1/2 stick |
|
butter, melted |
|
1 |
|
egg yolk |
|
3 Tbsp |
|
honey |
|
3 Tbsp |
|
garlic salt, to taste |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 350. Mix melted butter, honey, and egg yolk in measuring cup. Rinse thawed chicken and pat dry. Sprinkle garlic salt on both sides and place in well greased 9x13" pan. Pour butter mixture over chicken. Bake about 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Do not overcook.
