Homemade Chinese Takeout

Ingredients:
  1 tsp   Sesame oil
  1 tbsp   olive oil
  2   garlic cloves, chopped
  1 tsp   crushed red pepper flakes
  2   boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  1 bag   frozen Asian-style mixed veg
  1/3 cup   hoisin sauce
  1/4 cup   honey
    Ginger, freshly grated or ground
    Onion powder
    Garlic powder
    Salt and ground black pepper
    Hot Cooked brown rice
Directions:
  Heat the oils in a large skillet or stockpot over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and saute for 1 minute, until the garlic begins to brown.

Add the chicken and saute 6-8 minutes, stirring often, until no longer pink on the inside

Add the vegetables, hoisin, honey, and spices to taste. Continue to cook until the veg are tender

Serve hot over cooked rice.
