Herb Marinated Chicken (JP)

  herb marinated chicken
Ingredients:
  2 each   boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1/2 c   white wine
  2/3 Tbsp   extra virgin olive oil
  1/3 Tbsp   white vinegar
  2/3 tsp   dried basil, crushed
  1/3 tsp   dried oregano or tarragon, crushed
  1 dash   onion powder
  2/3 cloves   garlic, minced
Directions:
  Place chicken in large ziplock bag. Add rest of ingredients. Close bag and turn it to coat chicken well. Marinate for 5-24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Broil chicken (brush with marinade) 4-5 inches from heat for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn chicken and broil 5-15 minutes until the chicken is tender and no longer pink.
