Herb Marinated Chicken (JP)

Ingredients: |

2 each |
|
boneless skinless chicken breasts |
|
1/2 c |
|
white wine |
|
2/3 Tbsp |
|
extra virgin olive oil |
|
1/3 Tbsp |
|
white vinegar |
|
2/3 tsp |
|
dried basil, crushed |
|
1/3 tsp |
|
dried oregano or tarragon, crushed |
|
1 dash |
|
onion powder |
|
2/3 cloves |
|
garlic, minced |
Directions: |
|
Place chicken in large ziplock bag. Add rest of ingredients. Close bag and turn it to coat chicken well. Marinate for 5-24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Broil chicken (brush with marinade) 4-5 inches from heat for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn chicken and broil 5-15 minutes until the chicken is tender and no longer pink.
