Hash Brown Favorite

  Hash Brown Favorite
Ingredients:
  1 32 ounce   bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
  1 can   cream of chicken soup
  1 16 ounce   container sour cream
  2 cups   shredded cheddar cheese
  1/2 cup   onions chopped
  3 tablespoons   butter
  1/2 teaspoon   salt
  1/2 teaspoon   pepper
Directions:
  1. Brown onion in melted butter, add soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes.

2. Fold in ONE cup of cheese to this mixture.

3. Pour mixture into a greased 9X13 pan.

4. Sprinkle other cup of cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
