Hamburger Mushroom Goulash

A quick and easy way to make a savory mushroom, rice and hamburger dish. |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
Lean Ground Beef |
|
1 Pkg |
|
Knorr's Mushroom Rice |
|
1 Medium |
|
Onion, chopped |
|
1 Can |
|
Beef Broth |
|
1 tsp |
|
Banquet Browning Sauce |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
Black Pepper |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
Salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
Marjoram |
Directions: |
|
Prepare Mushroom Rice per package directions. Brown beef and onions in large skillet over medium heat, drain any fat. Add 1 can beef broth to beef and onion mixture, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Add prepared Mushroom Rice, browning sauce, pepper, salt and marjoram. Continue to simmer until most of the broth has been absorbed; approximately 10 minutes.
To complete the meal, add a salad and your favorite vegetable.
