Hamburger Mushroom Goulash

  A quick and easy way to make a savory mushroom, rice and hamburger dish.
Ingredients:
  1 lb   Lean Ground Beef
  1 Pkg   Knorr's Mushroom Rice
  1 Medium   Onion, chopped
  1 Can   Beef Broth
  1 tsp   Banquet Browning Sauce
  1/4 tsp   Black Pepper
  1/2 tsp   Salt
  1 tsp   Marjoram
Directions:
  Prepare Mushroom Rice per package directions. Brown beef and onions in large skillet over medium heat, drain any fat. Add 1 can beef broth to beef and onion mixture, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Add prepared Mushroom Rice, browning sauce, pepper, salt and marjoram. Continue to simmer until most of the broth has been absorbed; approximately 10 minutes.

To complete the meal, add a salad and your favorite vegetable.
