Hamburger Hashbrowns

serves: 4
  Seasoned ground beef with hashbrowns.
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground beef
  1   small onion
  2 cups   hash browns
  1 cup   shredded cheese
  1 can   olives (chopped)
  2 tbs   butter or margarine
Directions:
  Saute ground beef with the onion until cooked (season however you like); add butter or margarine and hashbrowns. Cook until crispy. Add shredded cheese and olives, cover and heat over low heat until cheese is melted.

Serve with veggies and/or salad and rolls.
