Ham and Cheese Pita (JP)

  ham and cheese pita
Ingredients:
  2 each   whole wheat pitas, split
  2 tsp   dijon mustard
  1/2 Tbsp   mayo
  1 tsp   mayo
  2 pz   mozzarella cheese, sliced
  4 oz   deli ham, sliced
  2 slices   tomato
  2 slices   red onion
Directions:
  Spread the inside of the pitas with the mustard and mayo. Tuck the sliced cheese and ham into pita pockets. Arrange in a toaster over (or regular oven at 400 degrees) and toast until the cheese melts and the pita edges are crisp. Add slices of red onion and tomato.
