Ham & Beans

  Ham and Beans
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   great northern beans (dry)
    water
  6 cups   cooked ham, diced
  1 box   chicken broth
  1/4 cup   brown sugar
Directions:
  Soak beans overnight. Drain. Boil broth plus water to make 12 cups of liquid. Add ham, beans and brown sugar. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer 2 hours. Serve with cornbread.
