HCG "No Cheat" Steak Fries

  STEAK FRIES
Ingredients:
  1   small organic potato, cut into wedges
  5   squirts butter spray
    paprika, garlic power, dill, or any other sodium-free seasoning (to taste)
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 450º. Par-boil potatoes for about 2 minutes (so they are only partially cooked). Place potatoes on a non-stick baking sheet; spritz with butter spray and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake about 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

° The lazy-cook alternative: Use Simply Potatoes® new potato wedges instead of a whole potato. These pre-cut redskin potatoes save time...¾ cup would be equivalent to 1 small potato

Note: 5 squirts "fat free" butter spray = 1 gram of fat.
