Rinse and drain red peppers.
Place zucchini and squash on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Roast under broiler for about 9 minutes until browned.
Reduce oven heat to 450.
Puree the peppers, mayo, oregano, thyme and garlic in a food processor. Place one half of the crust on the baking sheet. Spread the puree over it and layer the veggies and cheese on top. Top with the other half of crust. Bake until the cheese melts and the sandwich is heated through. About 5 minutes. cut into wedges.
