  Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Quarters with Mixed Veggies
Ingredients:
  4 each   (5-6 oz) chicken quarters
  1 cup   teriyaki sauce
  1/4 cup   water
  3 tbsp   honey
  3 clove   garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
  1 bag   mixed frozen veggies
Directions:
  1.Mix teriyaki sauce, water, honey, pepper and garlic in a small bowl and set aside. Place marinade and chicken in a resealable plastic bag for 2-4 hours, turning occasionally to evenly coat chicken.

2.Lightly oil grate on grill and heat to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and reserve marinade. Grill chicken, brushing marinade on meat periodically as it cooks. Cook 25-30 minutes (12-15 minutes per side) until cooked through. An instant-read thermometer should register 165 degrees. Serve.
