Grilled Steak

  Pan seared & oven-finished steaks.
Ingredients:
  2 ea   Steaks
  1 packet   steak seasoning
  1 oz   coconut oil
Directions:
  Remove steaks from refrigerator. Coat lightly with oil, then apply seasonings (oil keeps juices from leaving the steak). Leave on counter to temper for 30 minutes. Preheat pan on stove, and turn oven to 350. In oven-safe pan, sear top and bottom of steaks. Move from stovetop to oven until finished to desired (5-10 minutes). Remove from oven and cover with tin foil for 10 minutes. Serve.
