peeled, seeded, diced cucumber |

plain greek yogurt |

Directions: |
|
Add ground turkey, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, garlic, mint, oregano, lemon juice and eggs to a large bowl. Mix thoroughly to ensure ingredients are evenly distributed. Form into 4 patties. Grill until done or cook ina skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
Dressing:
Mix yogurt, mint, garlic, mustard and honey together in a bowl. Stir in cucumber and season with salt and pepper. Warm pita halves in a microwave for 30 seconds. Stuf each pita half with spinach leaves and tomato (onion optional). Drizzle with dressing, add turkey burger and sprinkle with feta cheee.
