Great Tuna Noodle Casserole

Great comfort food casserole like Mom used to make. |
Ingredients: |

12 oz |
|
egg noodles (wide or extra-wide) |
|
2 cans |
|
tuna (drained and flaked with fork) |
|
2 cans |
|
cream of mushroom soup |
|
1 cup |
|
milk |
|
2 cups |
|
frozen peas (cooked) |
|
1 cup |
|
grated sharp cheddar cheese |
|
|
|
parmesan cheese |
|
2 cups |
|
fresh bread crumbs cooked in 2 T. butter until slightly crisp |
Directions: |

Cook noodles according to package directions (do not overcook)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, stir together first six ingredients until well combined.
Spread into a greased casserole dish then sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes and serve warm.
