Great Tuna Noodle Casserole

  Great comfort food casserole like Mom used to make.
Ingredients:
  12 oz   egg noodles (wide or extra-wide)
  2 cans   tuna (drained and flaked with fork)
  2 cans   cream of mushroom soup
  1 cup   milk
  2 cups   frozen peas (cooked)
  1 cup   grated sharp cheddar cheese
    parmesan cheese
  2 cups   fresh bread crumbs cooked in 2 T. butter until slightly crisp
Directions:
  Cook noodles according to package directions (do not overcook)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, stir together first six ingredients until well combined.
Spread into a greased casserole dish then sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes and serve warm.
