Gluten Free Flour Mixture

Ingredients: |

2 1/2 cups |
|
rice flour |
|
1 cup |
|
potato starch |
|
1 cup |
|
tapioca flour |
|
1/4 cup |
|
cornstarch |
|
1/4 cup |
|
bean flour |
|
2 TBSP |
|
xanthum gum |
Directions: |
|
Sift all ingredients together in a large bowl and store in a large reclosable bag. Refridgerate until you are ready to bake.keeps in the refridgerator up to a week. This can also be kept in the freezer for longer storage. Just make sure you bring it to room temp prior to use.
