Glazed Topped Meatloaf

Ingredients: |

1 1/2 lb |
|
ground beef |
|
1 |
|
egg |
|
1 cup |
|
milk |
|
1 cup |
|
breadcrumbs |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
1 |
|
onion, chopped |
|
2 T |
|
brown sugar |
|
2 T |
|
mustard |
|
1/3 cup |
|
ketchup |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 350.
In bowl mix beef, egg, onion, milk, read crumbs, salt, and pepper. Shape two small loaves in a 9X13 baking dish. In separate bowl mix brown sugar, mustard, kiechup. Pour over meatloaf. Bake for 40 min. Check for doneness.
