Ginger Chicken Wraps

  I always make a large batch of "Ginger Chicken" just so I have leftovers to use for this recipe.

Each serving is 2 wraps.
  8   tortillas
  4 servings   "Ginger Chicken"
  2 c.   cooked rice
  2 c.   shredded lettuce or cabbage
  1 c.   shredded cheese, optional
  Cut up chicken into bite-sized chunks. Heat chicken and rice either in the microwave or in saucepans.

Alternate layers of paper towels and flour tortillas on a large dinner plate. Heat tortillas in the microwave for about a minute on medium power.

On each warmed tortilla, spread chicken with ginger sauce, rice, lettuce or cabbage, shredded cheese, and any other toppings you might like to add.
