Thick juicy steak just like on the grill... but made indoors! Marinate any way you like. I prefer red wine. A rub would work well too. Make sure your cut of meat is thick and fresh. A London Broil works best. |
Ingredients: |
2 lb |
London Broil Top Round |
1 tbsp |
dried parsley |
1 tbsp |
crushed garlic |
2 cups |
red wine |
1 tbsp |
Old Bay Seasoning |
1 lg. |
Zip-Loc baggie |
Directions: |
Poke several holes slightly in steak with fork. Place thawed steak and all ingredients in zip-lock bag. Make sure sealed tight and gently "toss" ingredients in bag.
Set bag in fridge overnight to marinate.
(Next day) Remove steak from bag. Pour marinade in bowl. Set toaster oven or conventional oven to "broil". Place steak on rack making sure a drip pan is underneath. Flip steak and spoon left over marinade frequently. Check center for wellness.
