Georgia Chicken

Ingredients: |

1 1/2 lb |
|
boneless chicken breast |
|
2 |

eggs |
|

Ritz crackers, crushed |
|
|
|
Provolone cheese slices |

Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 350.
Empty one package of Ritx crackers into a large ziploc bag. Crush fine. Wisk eggs in shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts in egg, then coat in cracker crumbs. Place in 9X13 baking dish. bake for 40 min. Last 5 minutes, top with cheese. Return to melt.
Cook noodles as directed, drain. Add butter, salt, and pepper.
