Garlic Shrimp Noodle Toss

  Garlic Shrimp Noodle Toss
Ingredients:
  1 lbs   egg noddles
  2 tbsp   EVOO
  1 lbs   large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  2 each   cloved garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
  1 tsp   lemon juice
  1/4 cup   Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
  1.Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

2.Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add shrimp and cook until tender and pink; about 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and stir.

3.Remove from heat. Add hot noodles, parmesan cheese, garlic and seasonings. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat then serve immediately.
