Fried veggies

serves: 4
  Veggie stir fry
Ingredients:
  1 Tablespoon   Steak seasoning
  2 Cups   Shredded carrots
  2 Cups   Chopped Broccoli
  2 Cups   Cauliflower
  1 Cup   Diced portabela mushrooms
  1/2 Cup   Exta Virginia olive oil
  1/2 Teaspoon   Salt
  1/2 Teaspoon   Pepper
  1/4 Teaspoon   Powdered garlic or 1 fresh garlic miced
  1 Cup   Yellow or green squash ( optional )
Directions:
  Place oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot add your carrots, broccoli, cauliflower,add squash if you like, cover reduce heat to a simmer. Let cook 5 to seven minutes add mushrooms add salt, pepper, steak seasoning, and garlic powder.. Toss until evenly coated with oil may have to add a splash more oil ( only use olive oil, brings out great flavors ) and seasoning, simmer another 3 to five minutes depending on how crisp or soft u like them. Bell peppers, (red, orange and/or yellow also adds flavor)
