cauliflower |

dry roasted peanuts |

mustard seed |
|

cumin seed |

|
urad dal |

1 tbsp |
|
minced garlic |

1 tbsp |

garlic paste |

diced green chili |

tumeric |

basmati rice |

Directions: |
|
saute peanuts, mustard seed, cumin seed, urad dal, and diced chilis in vegetable oil
chop cauliflower and fry until soft
add coriander, tumeric, chili powder, ginger and garlic and simmer
mash mix into paste
add cilantro
serve over steamed basmati
